Process photos: These were variations made by affecting one aspect of the design. The benefit of grasshopper allowed for many iterations to be made quickly. A range from subtle to wild inputs allowed an exploration in the results.
Project Reflection:
While this was meant to be a short side project, it was a great exercise in dabbling with the other aspects of design as well, like branding and presentation. The use of grasshopper as the primary design tool greatly accelerated the form iterative process, and pushed this small project much further compared to if I had relied only on rhino (as I would only have spent much more time CAD each version). This project was also an exercise in scope creep, as it started as a simple grasshopper exercise, but organically grew into a mini project.

If I were to revist this project, the next iteration work rework the grasshopper instruction to focus on surface texture, such as creating "veins" and nubs around the form.
